Jackie Kennedy’s Seafood Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1lb Crabmeat, cooked
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup Onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups Potato Chips, coarsely crushed
  • 1lb Shrimp, cooked medium and peeled
  • 1/2 cup Green Pepper, chopped
  • 1/4 cup Celery, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • paprika, to taste

Directions

Step 1
Combine the crab, shrimp, mayonnaise, green pepper, onion, salt, celery and Worcestershire sauce. Mix gently.
Step 2
Pour into a buttered 2 1/2 quart casserole, and top with the crushed chips.
Step 3
Sprinkle with paprika and bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
